Chaney oversees the development of control label brands for customers nationwide. Additionally, he is responsible for the management of multiple new product and package-change initiatives. As liaison between commercial, operations, and support functions, he ensures that initiatives are accomplished; realizing customer standards while meeting the desired in-market dates.
Chaney received his BA in Marketing from California Lutheran University. While employed at The Cliffs Resort in Avila Beach as the wine director/ sommelier, he managed one of the largest fine wine inventories on the Central Coast. He was responsible for the development of an award-winning wine list and all on- and off-premise wine sales for the resort.
Chaney will continue his involvement with the Court of Master Sommeliers and as a member of The Guild of Sommeliers.
