Richard joined Turn Key Wine Brands in July 2012 as Business Manager. He has extensive experience in operations management, as well as warehousing, order fulfillment and distribution. Richard’s strengths are streamlining and optimizing operations.
Over his 35-year career, Richard has also led efforts to develop a customer centric culture and the development of high performance teams in several different business environments. These efforts included improving all “touch points” involved in the customer experience, building a culture of learning, partnering and deploying strategy through effective action plans.
